Propey FAQ

Find answers to common questions about your Propey app.

The free trial gives you full access to the app's features for a limited time. You'll need to enter your payment information to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the 7 days are up. We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends.


Note: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.


You can cancel at any time before the trial ends by going to your account settings within the app or through the App Store/Google Play Store subscription management page.


All our subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. This ensures uninterrupted access to the app's features. We will automatically charge your payment method on file at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).


Tip: Keep an eye on your email for renewal notices from the App Store or Google Play.


You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll still have access to the app's features until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing period.

To cancel, go to your subscription settings in the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). We do not handle cancellations directly within the app.


Note: Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the app store.


Once your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free tier. You will lose access to premium features, such as advanced reporting, unlimited properties, and premium support. Your existing data will be saved, but you may not be able to view or edit it until you resubscribe.


Upgrading is easy! Simply go to the subscription page within the app or the App Store/Google Play Store and select the yearly plan.


When you upgrade from a monthly to a yearly subscription on Apple's App Store, this is considered a crossgrade since you are changing the duration within the same subscription level. The new subscription will go into effect at the next renewal date of your current monthly subscription.

You will continue to have access to your current monthly plan until it is set to expire. At that time, your subscription will automatically renew as the new yearly plan, and you will be charged the new yearly price.


Apple handles all subscription changes. If you believe there has been an error, please contact Apple Support directly via their website: reportaproblem.apple.com.


Your subscription is tied to your account on the App Store or Google Play Store. To restore your purchase on a new device, simply make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that you used for the original purchase.

The app will automatically detect your active subscription. If it doesn't, you can go to the subscription or settings page within the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" button. This will prompt the app to check the App Store or Google Play for your existing subscription and reactivate it.
